Please contact the practice telephonically on (021) 919 3666 or email to book an hour-long first appointment and an hour-long follow up appointment a week later. Both appointments are required for a new patient booking with Dr Grant.

After making your appointments, you will be sent an email to confirm the dates and times of both your appointments, as well as a breakdown of the costs and membership options.

Each hour-long appointment will cost R2600.00, a total of R5200.00


Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to pay your deposit of R1000.00 to secure your booking. Please contact the office to request a change to your booking or if you need any assistance.

Yes, you will receive a link which will allow you to make a secure payment via PAYFAST or alternatively, if you select the option to pay via EFT, you will be sent an invoice with banking details so that you are able to pay your deposit.

Yes, you will receive a 10% discount if you choose to pay the full amount at the time of making your appointment. This option will be made available to you in the confirmation email you receive.

Yes, we need the patient information as well as the account holder information (if different from the patient) to open your file on our system and to record your payment. Your information will not be used for any other purpose.

The balance of the payment (after deposit) is due at first consultation: R4,200.00
We regret, no accounts will be given for later settlement.


Yes! We have several different platforms available. You are able to book an appointment via Zoom, Skype or Microsoft Teams. Please remember to specify that you would like this option and include any relevant online addresses.

No. The price for both types of consultations remains the same.

This form can be submitted as soon as you have paid your deposit to secure your booking

This form records your medical history, and it saves a lot of time during your first appointment if you have already answered the basic questions. You cannot see Dr Grant without completing it, so time taken to complete it on the day of your appointment, would mean losing valuable consultation time. 

If we have all your documentation and your booking process is complete, it is also much easier to move you up to an earlier slot when we have a cancellation

You will receive a reminder from the practice via WhatsApp or email, 24 hours before your appointment

Any cancellations or changes to your booking can be made up to 72hours before the consultation.

Any deposit or prepayment will be fully reimbursed ONLY when appointments are cancelled a minimum of 3 working days (72 Hours) before the consultation.

We regretfully do not submit any accounts to medical aids; however, a statement will be issued to you, which will allow you to claim back the part of the consultation fee from your medical aid, depending on your plan or options.

Blood tests are done by an independent pathology laboratory and are not included in the price of the consultation. All efforts will be taken to minimise these costs; however, pathology costs can range from R1500 to R4000. Pathology accounts will be sent to patients by the laboratory and must be settled with them directly.

This is an exciting innovation that offers multiple visits over a 12-month period.
Payment is made via a monthly debit order and a small co-payment (depending on the option chosen) on the day of each consultation.
The first two consultations are included as part of your membership.

The decision to switch to a membership option can only be made at your first appointment, once you have seen Dr Grant.
Any additional money already paid, will be reimbursed once the debit order has been successfully instated.
